WHAT BREAKFAST INGREDIENTS DO YOU NEED?


Keeping your fridge or Pantry sorted with the following essential ingredients will allow you replicate any of your favourite without much hassle: 1)Eggs 2) Cheese 3) Bacon 4)Sausage 5)Mixed Berries 6) Greek Yoghurt 7)Avocado 8)Almond Milk 9) Almond bread 10) Low-carb tortilla.



KETO BREAKFAST RECIPES

1. Keto breakfast sandwich: Use two slices of almond flour bread (4g net carbs) and fill with scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon or sausage. Estimated net carbs: 6-8g.


2. Keto egg muffins: Whisk eggs and your choice of keto-friendly ingredients (like spinach, cheese, and bacon) together in a bowl, pour the mixture into muffin tins, and bake until set.


3. Greek yogurt with berries and nuts: Top plain Greek yogurt (6g net carbs per 6 oz) with mixed berries (6g net carbs per 1/2 cup) and a handful of chopped nuts like almonds or walnuts (1-2g net carbs). Estimated net carbs: 8-10g.






4. Keto breakfast smoothie: Blend unsweetened almond milk (1g net carb per cup), spinach (1g net carb per cup), avocado (2g net carbs per 1/2 avocado), and vanilla whey protein powder (1g net carb per scoop). Estimated net carbs: 5-7g.
